Single Room to Rent in Family Home

My name is Mike and I am a single parent who has two teenage children, aged 24and 21 one is now at university and only stays at the house during his holidays. My daughter lives in the house but is planning to off travelling again. We are looking for one tenant who would be comfortable living in our family home. In the past most tenants have been post graduate students.

We have a delightful 4 bedroom house close to the city centre and the amenities of North Street, Southville.

Each single bedroom is newly furnished with a desk, wardrobe and shelving units. The tenants will have access to a separate bathroom. There is also plenty of storage room in the loft room.

The tenant would be welcome to use all the house's facilities including two reception rooms, kitchen, utility room and garden.
The room is available from September.
