Looking for a new housemate to live in a 3 double bedroom house, in a good location in the popular Southville/Bedminster area, 5 mins walk from North Street and 30 mins walk from the centre.
The room is upstairs and is a medium-sized double. It comes furnished (landlord can be flexible) with a double bed, a set of drawers and a table and chair.
The house has a good sized front lounge complete with comfy sofas and TV, a fully fitted kitchen with TV, microwave, two fridges etc., two showers and two toilets (one up one down), a laundry room, storage areas and a back garden with bike rack. The house itself is not a modern house but is fit out to a decent standard with nice wooden floors throughout. There is also on street, non-permitted easy parking.
The rent is £650 per month which includes council tax, internet (fast), TV licence and water. Gas and electric are done via direct debit and come to around £30-60 per month max. The room will be empty on the 05/10/26 so you can move straight in.

Landlord is very nice and good at helping when needed. No agency fees either.
You will be living with one male, one female (late 20-30’s). They are relaxed and tidy, and like to hang out some evenings watching TV/films or playing games etc., while having our own things going on.
