Small double room in lovely family home

We have a small double room in our lovely family home available to rent. We are looking for a FEMALE lodger who genuinely doesn't mind living with a family and pets. We have 2 older children, 2 cats and an energetic but lovely dog. If you're looking for a home from home but don't mind a little bit of chaos, then get in touch. We are a busy family so don't have much time for socialising but always enjoy a chat in the kitchen. The room overlooks our garden and is next to the family wet room. You will also have use of our large kitchen/dinner.

We live in a friendly street in Southville, close to the Tobacco Factory and vibrant North Street which is home to lots of independent shops and cafes. Also not far from the harbour and city centre.

Please note that we do character reference checks before hand and we do not accept overnight guests. We also prefer socialising to take place outside of our home but are happy for you to welcome the odd visitor from time to time (we appreciate you notifying us of this in advance). I know this isn't everyone's cup of tea but it works well in our home and we have remained in touch with all our previous lodgers.

We prefer non home workers.

Rent is £600 per month including bills.
