Double room in friendly Southville flatshare

I have an unfurnished Double room available in my rented flat on Coronation Road. It will be available from the start of July. There is still some optional furniture if my current housemate doesn't want it.

The flat is in an excellent location close to the city centre (a 5-10 minute walk), There are plenty of shops nearby including a massive asda superstore.

The flat also has a large lounge area with a kitchen. There is also a large garden which is ideal if you like gardening and chilling outside.

The flat has all the usual utilities, eg. Shower, washing machine, fridge, etc. Which are all in a good condition as they are checked fairly regularly.

There is just one other housemate, me. I am a late thirties professional.. I like music, video games, hiking, nature, watching films and cooking vegan food. I will be working on the weekdays 9-5 so the flat will be ideal for someone working from home.

The rent does not include bills. Rent, bills and council tax should come to around £700-£750 a month.. council tax band: A.

Unfortunately you will have to pay a deposit (£650ish) and provide references and a credit check for the landlord/letting agency.

Also students are not allowed by my letting agents and landlord.
