The top floor of our terrace house is available for mid-week rental, Monday to Friday. The ‘Penthouse’ has a double bed, en-suite shower room and lounge, complete with a television, WiFi and desk space.

The house is located in delightful Southville. A 5 minute walk from North Street, 10 minutes from Wapping Wharf and 30 minutes walk across the harbour to the centre of Bristol.

Facilities include:
- Double bed
- En-suite rainfall shower, and toilet
- Lounge inc TV
- Desk space
- Kettle and personal fridge
- Hanging space, drawers and weekend storage
- Fresh bedding and weekly cleaning
- Parking available - at additional expense
