Sadly our housemate will be moving out next month, so we are looking for a new flatmate / professional for a move in date of 27th July!
This flat is in a great location and perfect for anyone who needs parking. Preferably someone who does not WFH. 😊
The contract is for 12 months and is conducted by CJ Hole.
** THE FLAT **
The bedroom is unfurnished, so you can make it your own. The bathroom is large and will be shared with 1 other person.
There is outdoor bike storage with cctv you may also use.
Upstairs there is a large modern open plan livingroom and kitchen, with wide french doors onto a large balcony. The flat is filled with lots of natural light. The balcony looks onto clifton and the suspension bridge / clock towers. Particularly impressive during the balloon fiesta!! I've already furnished it so we're not looking for someone with tons of stuff to add.
As the room is on the smaller side it would suit someone more minimalistic. This suited my housemate really well as he stored unused belongings in the ottoman, so that is something to consider.

20 mins walk - City Center
10 mins walk - Ashton Gate Stadium
2 minutes from:

- Aldi / Coop / Tesco / Mcolls
- Post Office
- Barbers / Hairdressers

Bills are split equally between the 3 of us. It's a well-insulated energy efficiency 'A' rated flat so we have only had to put the heating on a few times this year.
Council tax (~ £60/mo)
Water ( ~ £14 / mo)
Electricity ( ~ completely depends on usage, roughly £50)
Wifi (~ £14/mo)
The flat is managed by CJ Hole Southville, so your tenancy and deposit will be under contract with them and handled safely. A new lease would need to be signed ASAP so they have time to sort everything out. There is a deposit that goes straight to CJ Hole Southville.

I love to socialise with friends but also really enjoy having my own space and some quiet time, so looking for someone similar. I'm not after a raving flat, but enjoy a pub eve / day trips / gym and some fun socials etc
Rebecca (24) is my flatmate is a dream, very outdoorsy, loves some open water swimming, a good book, and is very friendly
Cosy, clean and calm is the vibe. We will be looking to share with someone else who is considerate of the flat, and friendly.
