King sized bedroom in charming and central house

Hi! The large master bedroom in our house is available now. The room is lovely and comes with two large built-in wardrobes, a king-sized bed as well as a wooden desk (not pictured) and has just been repainted.

- The location — it's five minutes on foot to Wapping Wharf, North Street or Asda and ten minutes to the centre. We're just opposite one of the cheapest pubs in Bristol and two minutes away from the nearest park and newly renovated swimming pool.

- Large kitchen with a six ring gas cooker and the largest oven I've ever seen outside of a commercial kitchen.

You'd be mostly living with Jack, a journalist in his early 30s.
I live in New York mostly but keep a bedroom in the house for myself and my girlfriend, Magda. I visit for a week or so every now and then. Magda is around for about half the year and is otherwise in New York.

Note that the rent doesn't include bills. Budget for £300 per month per person, including council tax, electricity, gas, internet, water, sewage, TV license and the weekly cleaner. That being said, it should average to less than this since when Magda or I are around we take our share of the bills.
