I’m looking to rent out my flat which is on the 3rd floor of Coronation Court, Southville and has an off street parking space. It's technically a two bed apartment but one bedroom is set up as an office space with desk, storage and Juliet balcony. Both rooms are roughly the same size. The bedroom has a king size bed with mattress.

The bathroom is modern and well-maintained and the kitchen living room is an open plan space with a balcony. The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, dishwasher and 4 seater table and the living area comes with a sofa. There is also a utility cupboard off the hallway which contains a washing machine.

I lived in the apartment for 3 years and then had tenants living there for the past 2 years. It’s mainly professionals and couples in the block. Everyone is friendly but it’s generally quiet and low key. Ideally I’m looking for a tenant who is clean and tidy and happy to keep the peace!

The rent is £1,600 per month + approx £300 bills

The utility bills (electric and water), council tax, and Sky fibre internet are set up in my name. I have continued paying these and passed the charges on to the tenant (with proof of bills). Just to give an idea, the current tenant has been paying around £300 per month for everything, but that depends mainly on the electricity usage as the boiler and radiators are electric.

The flat is in council tax band B and the Energy Performance Certificate gives an energy rating C.

There is secure bike storage in the car park.

I’m looking to arrange viewings around 16th and 17th September 2024 and for the tenancy to start asap after that.
