Lovely double, short term let in Southville

A lovely double room will be available to rent from mid September. The house is located on a quiet road but is very close to the hustle and bustle of north street but is closer to the Marks bread end. The house is just a stones throw from Greville Smyth park and is about a 15 minute walk to Ashton court and easy waking and cycling distance to Wapping Wharf and the centre of town. There is on street parking.

The house has a spacious lounge, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and two double bedrooms and a garden with decked seating area. I am a live in landlord and would be looking for someone to stay and create an atmosphere where we both can feel comfortable, spend time socialising whilst also respecting each others need for privacy.

I work part time, 2days a week and it is hybrid working both in office and at home. I am fairly busy in evening after work, so might be times when wouldn't see each other in evening and other times would be nice to share meals together.

There can be some flexibility on move in date if necessary.

I am looking for someone who is reliable and respectful.
