Double Room Room in Southville

This lovely Southville house share is looking for a new member from the start of July.

We're looking for a new tenant to replace a house mate who will be moving out at the end of June. You will be sharing with Rich (M28) and Catt (F36).

We have a large kitchen, with a separate dining room, and living room (pics to follow).
The garden is South facing and gets lush afternoon sun - excuse the late Winter garden pics...

The house is located less than a five minute walk from North St, on the Tobacco Factory/Aldi end, so close enough to enjoy the pubs, bars & restaurants, without the noise!

There are several nice outdoor spaces close by - including Ashton Court, Greville Smyth Park, and just a little further away, but perfectly accessible by bike or car, Leigh Woods. We can also walk to Wapping Wharf/Harbour area within 15 minutes. There is space indoors to securely store your bike if needed.

Cherry on the cake, we have the most lovely neighbours!

Aside from the white goods (including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer), the house comes unfurnished, so the room will be completely empty when you move in; a blank canvas to make your own!

We have a huge attic with sturdy ladder access to store various possessions less commonly used.

The property is rented through Abode Letting Agency.
Extra costs are deposit of £533.33, and bills.
Bills (internet, council tax, gas & electricity, water & Who Gives a Crap! toilet roll) average at around £150 each month (depending on the time of year).
Council Tax Band C; Residents Parking Scheme.
