Double Room Unfurnished Room in Southville

This lovely Southville houseshare is looking for a new tenant from the start of February!

We're looking for a new tenant to replace our house mate who will be moving to Exeter. You will be sharing with Tom (30) and Catt (35).

This is a fairly relaxed house share - If you would like to keep to yourself, you'll have space for that, or if you'd like to share an occasional meal and are into sports, you'd fit right in. We had a few nice BBQs last summer, and the garden gets lush afternoon sun!

The house is located less than a five minute walk from North St, close to Tobacco Factory and Aldi, so close enough to enjoy the pubs, bars & restaurants, without the noise!
We also have lovely neighbours.

Aside from the white goods (including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer), the house comes unfurnished, so the room will be completely empty when you move in; a blank canvas to make your own! (Some furniture may be available to purchase of previous tenant if you are interested).

Extra costs are deposit of £533.33, and bills.
Bills (internet, council tax, gas & electricity, water & Who Gives a Crap! toilet roll) are around £150 each month (depending on the time of year).

Sorry, no students (as we are both professionals and will receive no reduction in council tax), couples or pets. We'd also like to avoid sharing with anyone who only works from home, as this has previously raised the cost of energy in colder months dramatically and complicated things with bills. (The odd day WFH is fine!)

Not pictured is also a dining room, and small conservatory which we use to store bikes securely. More pics to follow!
