Amazing house in a great location available ASAP

Hi guys,

I've finally made the decision to buy my own place which means I'm reluctantly moving out of this house which has been my home for the last 3 years. It's an amazing spot, just off North street. It's quiet, 15 mins walk from the harbour/wapping wharf and less than 2 mins to North street which I'd argue is the best location in Bristol. - loads of bars, coffee shops, restaurants, the weekly market at the tabacco factory, gyms, supermarkets and the park.

The room I'm leaving is a very large room, the pictures probably don't do it justice and the house is a great size. There's a garden which isn't in the pics, a small back office, a large kitchen and a decent sized sitting room - the bathroom isn't huge, but it's absolutely fine and has a shower and bath.

I'm moving into my house on the weekend of the 27th of March so I will need someone to be in here for the start of April.

This has been an amazing place to live and I'll be sad to leave - the current housemates are really chilled, but there's a chance they will also be leaving.

I pay in the region of £750 per month all in, with the occasional waterbill which we split 3 ways (quarterly). For where it is, this is an absolute steal.
