Double room to rent just off North Street

Hey! My current flatmate is moving out on June 15th so I'm looking for someone to take her room.

The flat is located at the end of North street and is only about a 10-minute walk to the harbour.

The room will be unfurnished and you'll have full use of your own downstairs bathroom (with bath).

Looking for someone who would be down to hang out sometimes but also likes their own space/has their own stuff going on. I like going for drinks and eating out so would be ideal if you were also into that kind of stuff and would be down for a trip to the pub occasionally. Would also really love it if you were tidy and can keep the shared living/kitchen area clean and clutter free.

The flat isn't huge so wouldn't really be suitable for someone who only works from home (if its just a day or two a week might be fine though)

Rent is £475 and bills are currently around £160 a month.

Street parking is available with a permit.
