Double in friendly Southville house

Hi potential new housemate 👋

I’m Fran and moved to Bristol 2 years ago from London. My current housemate sadly has to move back home to Cornwall so I am on the hunt for someone to replace them.

The house: two-bed Victorian terrace which I have just decorated, with living room/office, dining room, garden and spacious loft for storage. It is located in Southville - 3 minutes’ walk from North Street, and 5 minutes to Wapping Wharf / Harbourside.
The room: lovely double room, newly decorated and is part furnished (bed, wardrobe in cupboard, chest of drawers, desk, bedside table). Depending on what works best you I’m happy to discuss providing more furniture or whether you’d prefer to select / bring your own.

About me: I’m into most sports / outdoor activities and moved to Bristol for this! I am an outgoing energetic individual, who likes socialising, hosting dinner parties, seeing live music etc etc. I also have a keen interest in what is going on in the world, up for debating interesting podcasts topics and travelling to lesser-known destinations. I’m passionate about my job – working as a sustainable consultant - helping food companies to reduce their environmental impact - and normally work from home a couple of days per week.

The house vibes: Looking for someone who I can chat, chill, and cook with when I’m in (I’m usually out c.3 nights a week) and to make the house homely together, rather than just ‘renting a room’. If we become good friends, that’s an added bonus 😊.
Bike/sports equipment , LGBTQ+ and pet-friendly.

The boring bits: Rent is £625pcm, Bills are c.£180 (c.£60 G&E, £80 council tax, £15 water, £19 internet, £7 TV license)
