We have a room available from April 2025 and we're looking for a new housemate!
Before we say anything about us, here's the info you'll want to know:
Move in date: April 2025 (exact date TBC)
Number of tenants: 4 (once you join us)
Rent: £555/month which includes bills.
Deposit: about £473
Tenancy length: Prefer to have another guy who is going be here for a while.
The room is a double room and comes with a double bed and mattress, chest of drawers, desk and clothes rail.
Parking: All permits are currently in use so no parking available
About us:
You would be living with 3 other people. We're all working full time Monday-Friday with occasional homeworking days. We're a sociable house and like to hang out in the evenings, watch some series and play board games - we get on well as a house and we're looking for someone who will fit in and is up for hanging out. That being said, we obviously respect each others space and privacy and do our own thing a fair bit.
