Double room to rent in friendly and calm Southville home, sharing with owner, another lodger and a cat.
House is handy for North Street's cafes, shops and bars and has easy access to Ashton Court, the harbour and the bike path to Pill. Near 24 bus route into town, or it's a short walk.
The downstairs unfurnished room is roughly the same size as the upstairs furnished room (teal-coloured walls), which has more photos but has been snapped up. The downstairs room's half-glazed double doors look into a bright lean-to. It's roughly 3.8 m x 2.8 m.
The room is opposite - and very handy for - an understairs bathroom containing sink and WC. The main bathroom with sink, WC, shower and bath is upstairs. Using the armchair is optional.
I'm a freelance creative with an interest in sustainability and I'm looking for someone friendly and tidy. Do get in touch if you think this might be the room for you. You will be sharing with me (female and 54) and another lodger, also female and in her thirties.

Car-owners can buy a parking permit for the residents' parking scheme.
Shared use of bathroom, lounge and kitchen.
House features washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven with induction hob, microwave and small courtyard-style "wildlife" garden.

Rent includes broadband. Share of council tax band B is £67 per month, and share of electricity and gas bills is likely to be total of £50-75 pcm, depending on the season. If working from home, you would pay for all daytime heating and daytime electricity use (apart from fridge and freezer) during the week based on smart meter readings.
