I'm a freelance creative with an interest in sustainability and I'm looking for someone friendly and tidy. Ideally you work outside the home during the day, are vegetarian or vegan, and are looking for somewhere long-term, but this is just a wishlist! Do get in touch if you think this might be the room for you. You will be sharing with me (female and 53) and another new lodger.

Bike storage is available downstairs.
Car-owners can buy a parking permit for the residents' parking scheme.
Shared use of bathroom, lounge and kitchen.
House features washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven with induction hob, microwave and small courtyard-style "wildlife" garden.
Great location and home has gas central heating and wireless cable broadband.
Rent includes council tax and all bills apart from daytime heating and daytime electricity during the week so it would cost a little extra if you work from home.
