Sunny double room to rent in Southville home, sharing with owner, another lodger and a cat. House is handy for North Street's cafes, shops and bars and has easy access to Ashton Court, the harbour and the bike path to Pill. Near 24 bus route into town, or it's a short walk.

Upstairs room comes complete with double bed, wardrobe, two bedside cabinets and two chests of drawers. Downstairs room is unfurnished.

I'm a freelance creative with an interest in sustainability and I'm looking for someone friendly and tidy. Ideally you work outside the home during the day, are vegetarian or vegan, and are looking for somewhere long-term, but this is just a wishlist! Rent includes council tax and all bills apart from daytime heating and daytime electricity during the week so it would cost a little extra if you work from home.
