Double room in cosy garden flat

Renting my room in my two bed garden flat in Southville! 🪴

I have a furnished double room equipped with a bed and wardrobe available from December/January (I am going abroad in January but can rent my room a little earlier to the right person).

It’s a small, cosy flat and whilst the room does have a desk, it’s not the ideal WFH set up so I’m looking for somebody who works in the office/out of home.

You’ll be lucky to be living with my 10/10 flatmate Evie, a 27 year old nurse, great cook and banana bread baker. She enjoys the outdoors, yoga, running and a nice balance of chilled evenings in and trips to the pub.

The location is amazing. 5 minute walk from North Street which has lots of coffee shops, bars, vintage shops and delis. About a 20 minute walk or 10 minute cycle into the city centre too! You can also walk to the harbour in about 15 mins.

£800 including bills (appreciate it isn’t cheap but my mortgage has gone up by a chunk so I have to factor that in. You’ll have access to the garden and it’s fully furnished 🤗).
