We recently had one of our tenants moved out and we are looking for a replacement!

As you can see, the double bedroom is very spacious with plenty of storage and floor space. The rent includes:
- Fully furnished double bedroom, including king size bed, desk , large wardrobe, bedside table and big storage area
- En-suite
- All bills included (gas, electricity, 1GB broadband, water and council tax)
- Free Parking in front of the house
- Cleaner for communal areas once per week

The house is a stone's throw to Gaol Ferry Bridge, which means the Harbourside and Whapping Wharf are only 2 minutes away, Arnolfini and Watershed 7 minutes, and the city centre is only a 10-minute walk. North Street is under 10 minutes, and Bristol's main station Temple Meads is only 20 minutes. Asda Bedminster is 5 minutes away from the house. Harbourside walks are just on your doorstep, with enough bars, cafes, restaurants, activities, attractions, and boats to ensure you'll never tire of City life.

There are currently 4 tenants living in the house at the moment, all females (so a female roommate is preferred). We are all young professionals looking for someone who can fit well into our dynamic! We enjoy spending time together, eating, watching TV, going out…etc. But also respect each-other’s personal space.

All bills (council tax, broadband, water, gas, Southville parking permit and electricity) are included.
