Double room, perfect Southville Location

Available is a small but bright and airy double room, overlooking a south facing garden in Southville.

Ideally I'm looking for someone who would like to commit to three months in the first instance with a view to extending but would consider other timings for the right person.

The room is in a three bed terrace house a minute from the centre of North Street and 10 mins from Wapping Wharf.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking for a peaceful place to live with lots of communal space to use. I work very long hours (most days I'm out from 6.00am to 5pm) and also spend most weekends away visiting my daughter who lives with her mum.

The bedroom is at the opposite end of the house to mine and only connected to the neighbour on the left side who is an elderly gentleman who makes literally no noise. So it will be totally peaceful and quiet. The bed has a mattress but I can be flexible if you have your own.

The house has recently been decorated. The communal areas includes a great TV, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, bath and shower. I have very fast broadband which is included in the price (along with council tax, TV license etc). The only bills I ask for contribution towards are gas, electric and water and that is working out around £60-80 a month. The garden has lots of lovely plants and flowers and some sunny and shady spots to sit in and enjoy.

I'd consider shorter term lets, pets and Monday - Friday or weekend only people. Generally, I'm pretty flexible :)
