Double room to let in Southville

I have a double room to let in my beautiful home in Southville.

I am a full time freelance personal trainer looking for someone to rent my spare room. There is a downstairs toilet and shower room which you would have full access to, and solo use of.
(I have another ensuite bathroom attached to my bedroom).

Room is a large double (new bed is to be delivered and put in this week). There is an in-built wardrobe, and an optional second pine wardrobe if you wanted to use that for storage too. A desk and bedside table are also provided if you wanted them.

The rest of the house is also available for your use. I have only recently moved in, so am working my way through the rooms decorating!

My home is located just off North Street in Southville, an ideal and much sought after location.

Parking on the road outside is free all week. No permit/ticket required and there is usually plenty of spaces.

All bills included and full access to the house throughout the week/weekend.
