Spacious room in Southville home

Our housemate is moving out to go down under 🦘 So we’re looking for somebody to fill her spot in a double room in our Southville home.

(No students, couples or pets)!


About us
Verity & I are social & active young professionals (25-26).

I love CrossFit, weekend adventures (with an essential coffee n sweet treat stop), and the very occasional day boogie🕺🏻. I work in marketing and WFH most days.

Verity is a journalist and is in the office most days of the week, but attempts to regain some work/life balance on the weekends. She loves a run club and cheeky wine🍷

Our new housemate MUSTs:

* is sociable, friendly, down for a chin wag, and appreciates down time.

* will proactively contribute to household upkeep (we love a clean & tidy space)!

* be in full-time work, preferably standard weekday hours (so that I won’t be disturbing anyone while WFH)

The House
Our lovely house has a separate front living room, a big kitchen/dining area, one bathroom and 3 bedrooms. Our courtyard garden is a beaut sun trap in summer. Both Verity & I have parking permits so if you have a car the permit will likely be expensive.

The room is spacious with a great view over Redcliffe. The room is unfurnished but the rest of the house is filled with our furniture. There are, however, some roomy built in shelves in the spare bedroom, and there may be an option to buy off the departing housemate.

We’ll be hosting house visits the first week of July, and potentially some other July dates.
