Double room in friendly female house share

Hi Everyone,

We are looking for a woman to join our four-bed house share. The house is just off North Street in Southville and is within walking distance from the harbourside/ central Bristol. We’re close to Aldi and everything else North Street has to offer.

We’re looking for someone aged between 27-35. Sorry, no couples or pets.

We’re all aged between 27-31 and work 9-5. Two of us work in marketing and another works for a law firm. We like karaoke, drinks in the garden, the pub, festivals, eating out, movies, cooking for each other occasionally, reality TV, Bristol summer, the list goes on…

The house is fairly quiet during the week, but we like to hang out as well as doing our own thing. We’re looking for someone who is friendly and sociable and wants to be part of our home. Bonus points if you can save our house plants.

We have a bin rota and like to keep the house clean and tidy, so you’d need to be on board with that too.

Room is an unfurnished double with wooden floors and looks out on to the garden. It’s £610 a month and available from 1st September.

Bills are on top of rent (which are currently around £110 a month inc. council tax, the house is band B).

We have a decent-sized courtyard garden, one bathroom, a modern kitchen, and a cosy living room.
