Room available in beautiful house in Southville

Hi everyone, I'm looking for someone to rent a room in the house I'm currently renting. My partner and I have separated so I'm now looking for a housemate!

The house is a lovely 2 bed house in Southville with a separate office space and lovely garden. There is also a communal living room, dining space and shared bathroom. There is also a parking space available in the driveway. The property is Council Tax band B.

The house is about a 5 minute walk from Greville Smyth park and North Street.

I'm looking for a working professional aged 25+ ideally. It would be lovely if we could be friends and do stuff together but also respect each other’s space and time as well. I'm wanting the house to be a nice calm place where we can each invite our friends over.

A bit about myself, I’m 25 and I work at Bristol University in sustainability. I love the outdoors, going for adventures and exploring different parts of Bristol. I love meeting friends for coffees, walks, going to interesting talks, going to the pub, playing sports/ attending different fitness classes, I’m part of a book club, love to do crafty things (although I’m terrible at them) and always happy to try new things! I’m friendly and chill but please note this isn’t a party house, I have lovely neighbours who I respect and they’ve very much got used to this being a chill house over the last 3 years. I work a mixture of at home and in the office, it would be great to know how often you're in the office and working from home.

The rent is £825 per month plus bills and the landlord would like us to sign on to a 12-month tenancy. The room will be available from the end of August/very beginning of September. The landlord is lovely and is happy that following a recent house inspection that the property is well maintained. Please message me if you’re interested or have any questions!
