Room available in house in Southville/Bedminster

Hi everyone, I'm looking for someone to rent a room in the house I'm currently renting.

The house is a lovely 2 bed house in Southville with a separate office space and lovely garden. There is also a communal living room, dining space and shared bathroom. There is also a parking space available in the driveway. The property is Council Tax band B.

The house is about a 5 minute walk from Greville Smyth park and North Street.

I'm looking for a working professional aged 26+ ideally. It would be lovely if we could be friends and do stuff together but also respect each other’s space and time as well. I'm wanting the house to be a nice calm place where we can each invite our friends over and have nice homey vibes!

A bit about myself, I’m 26 and I work at Bristol University in sustainability. I love the outdoors, going for adventures and exploring different parts of Bristol. I love meeting friends for coffees, walks, going to interesting talks, going to the pub, playing sports/ attending different fitness classes, I’m part of a book club, love to do crafty things (although I’m terrible at them) and always happy to try new things! I work a mixture of at home and in the office but mostly in the office, it would be great to know how often you're in the office and working from home.

The rent is £860 per month plus bills (so totalling approximately £1030 per month). The room will be available from the 1st November 2025. The landlord is lovely and is happy that following a recent house inspection that the property is well maintained. Please message me if you’re interested or have any questions!
