Currently have 4 bedrooms available in large Victorian property located on coronation road, Southville. House is bright and spacious and still has a lot of original features. House comes part furnished with beds and shelving in rooms and if there is anything else I'm sure I can sort that out. I live in Yeovil but work in Bristol so most days I'm not in Bristol but stay a couple of nights a month. My area is closed off so I won't be bothering you and you can have your own space. Nice size garden which is a beautiful sun trap and plenty of space to relax in. Top floor consists of 2 rooms and a shower/toilet room for the top floor. Middle floor is 2 more rooms and main bathroom which has recently been completely redone. It has a toilet, shower and old Victorian roll top bath. Nice size bathroom plenty of space. Ground floor you have a dining/living room, large bright kitchen and conservatory area which leads to the garden. My area is closed off on ground floor. Rooms are priced slightly differently based on size as the most expensive one is a really large room. House is in really good location takes about 5-10 mins to walk to whapping wharf or towards tobacco factory/north st area. Takes about 15 minutes to walk into centre of Bristol.
