House Share in Newly Refurbished Home

Two fully furnished double rooms available with huge, beautiful shared bathroom, as follows:

Large Double (£850 pcm) TAKEN
Standard double bed with luxury topper and cosy rugs over original floorboards. Double-glazed windows, blackout blinds and blackout-lined curtains. Lots of storage with two large built-in wardrobes and freestanding drawers. There is still room for your own desk and/or chair if required.

Small Double (£750pcm)
Standard double ottoman storage bed base with headboard, Simba memory foam mattress and bedside table.
Built-in storage wall/shelves and a brand new fitted wardrobe with mirrored sliding doors. Double-glazed window with blackout blind and curtains. Room for a desk infront of the window max 110cm wide x 50cm deep, and drawers in the recess by the bed which measure max 85cm wide x 35cm deep, if you would like to add anything in those spaces. NOTE: the wall to the LHS of bed in recess will be repaired before you arrive).

Broadband and TV is included in the rent and all other bills are additional, being; council tax band C, gas, electricity and water. These amount to approx. £150 per month, per person.

We will all share a lounge, kitchen, the first-floor bathroom guest loo and the garden. The lounge is a good size and is equipped with a smart TV, brand new corner sofa, additional seating and a coffee table. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the mod cons and everything you could wish to cook with; pressure cooker, dehydrator, toastie machine, Magimix, handheld blender etc. The garden is well kept with a small shed. The property is newly redecorated to a high standard throughout and is looking great, ready for your arrival!

There is everything you could want within walking distance of the house - North Street packed with lovely shops, cafes and restaurants, ALDI, Co-Op, Tesco express, good transport links, gyms, pubs, parks and bustling Wapping and Spike Island are nearby.

I recently moved to Bristol, into this beautiful home which I would like to share with two new housemates. My room is located on the second floor and has an ensuite shower, but I will use the bath on occasion. I am well adapted to house sharing, having spent most of my life doing so and hope to find other housemates who also know the drill. I am ideally looking for professionals between the ages of 30-50 who are clean and tidy, non-smoking (though it's allowed in the back garden), happy to do something social together every so often and who also respect each other's space.

Please note that this is a long-term stay and no couples are allowed. References and a one month deposit will be required from the chosen applicants.
