Furnished double room available for rent in a beautiful Southville home (recess has been plastered and painted). Storage has been maximised with a standard double ottoman bed base with an Emma memory foam mattress. There is also a bedside table, built-in shelves/storage wall, fitted wardrobe with sliding doors, chest of drawers and a soft long pile rug on the original wooden floorboards. The window is double-glazed with a blackout blind and curtains. The rest of the house is recently decorated and is looking great.

There will be just three people living in this spacious home who share the lounge and kitchen. You will share the main bathroom with just one housemate. I have an en-suite shower room but will use your bath occasionally. The house is well equipped with all the furniture and mod cons you could need. There is also a pressure cooker, handheld blender etc. The garden is well kept with a small shed.

In addition to the above, there is everything you could need within walking distance - North Street packed with independent retailers, cafes and restaurants, ALDI, Tesco express, good transport links, gyms, pubs, parks and bustling Wapping Wharf and Spike Island are nearby.

Broadband and TV is included in the rent and all other bills are additional, being; council tax, gas, electricity and water. These amount to approx. £150 per person per month payable in advance.

I have house shared most of my life and am looking for another 30-50ish y/o respectful, considerate and communicative professional who also knows the drill when it comes to sharing.

No students or couples. References and one month deposit will be required from the selected applicant.
