Hi All,

Looking for 1 person to move in on the 8th December to a beautiful 2 bed flat located in a prime and desirable location in Southville. It's a 5 minute walk to Wapping Wharf, North Street and Bedminster and around a 20 minute walk to town.

The flat is spacious & done up nicely. Has an open fire which is lovely & cosy in the winter. Front & back garden, the back gets the sun until about 6ish in the summer and then round the front after this.

Rent is all in and this includes internet, TV license, council tax, gas, electric and water. The room comes unfurnished.

I’m 36, currently working from home full time as a Client Success Manager.

In my spare time, I enjoy getting out for walks, pottering around listening to music, a lover of good food & wine. Enjoy going out for a dance. A sociable person but do also enjoy my downtime.

I'm a chill and open person and appreciate clear communication. Would be nice to find someone who likes to socialise / chill / eat together at times but also appreciates their own space too.
