Cosy and friendly house share in Southville

We are looking for a 3rd housemate to join our house in Southville, as sadly our lovely housemate Molly is moving in with her bf!

You’d be living with Ellie (29) and Sophie (27), both professionals living in Bristol. Ellie works in NHS comms and Soph for an environmental charity. We’re pretty sociable, love a trip to le pub, and have hobbies like yoga, crafts, outdoorsy stuff. We like house meals with a nice of wine, shit tv, post-work cuppas, pottering about in the garden (v proud of our aubergines & tomatoes this summer).

The room is a good sized double and comes unfurnished. Although we’re potentially selling a bed and chest of drawers so let us know if you’re interested! It's available from 1st Nov but could be earlier if you needed.

The house is located in Southville, close to the Bedminster Asda and a short walk to North Street and Wapping Warf with lots of nice pubs, good food spots and things to do!

The rent is £490 excluding bills, which are currently £135 per month (inc. council tax and internet).

We currently don’t have parking available on our road but you can park a few streets away for free.

We'd love to find someone to complete our house of three. We're looking for someone easy going, fun, considerate and tidy, and it would be great to have someone looking to socialise in the house (but we’re also only human and need some downtime occasionally)! We're also happy to help someone new to the city get to know Bristol.
