Small bedroom in a shared house

Hey everyone 👋 we have a spare room available in a three person house share in Southville, you’d need to be able to take on the tenancy from Oct 1st. LGBTIQA+ welcome.

A little bit about us, you’d be sharing with me Liv (32) and my housemate Dina (25). I work for the NHS, and Dina is an animator.

Between us, we’re into things like festivals, gigs, arts and crafts, baking, and just exploring all the lush food and drinks spots in Bristol 🍻🍕

Whilst we both lead busy lives, and are usually out and about with friends, it would still be lovely to have someone move in who was keen to be friends as well as housemates, and to hang out sometimes when we are all free 😀 ideally someone who works monday-friday to fit the routine of the house would be great, but otherwise can discuss if working hours are different 😊

We’re looking for someone who is clean and tidy, and bonus points if you’re keen to help us spruce up the house with more cute plants 🪴

The house is 3 mins walk from Aldi and North Street. Lots of coffee, food and charity shops!

We are looking for someone to take a double room at £426 per month. Our bills on top of this usually come to about £170 per person per month. The deposit is a month and a half’s rent (£639) as per property management. To rent the room you’d need proof of employment and references from previous landlords.

I will be inviting people to come view the house on this weekend and evenings during the next week
