Looking for a new housemate to join our 7 bed houseshare in Southville, with tenancy to start on or around the 19th October.
Rent is £750 per month and includes all bills (council tax, water, electricity, heating, internet). Deposit is one month’s rent.
Current housemates are Sophie, Cam, Yaiza, Billy, Cuba & Rosh. We work in accounting, nursing, teaching & hospitality. Some of us work standard 9-5 hours and some work varying day and evening/night shifts.
Looking for a friendly, tidy, easygoing housemate to join us. We’re all very sociable and enjoy the odd pub trip or house meal!
