Double Room available in lovely house share

Hey hey,

We’ve got a lovely double room available for a short term let in our Southville house share, available for the next 3 months, 1st Nov - 31st Jan but with the possibility of extending if needed :)

You’ll be sharing with two gorgeous gals who love both chilled evenings in and fun nights out! We enjoy cheap pints at the Corrie, having a boogie at live music events, or just having a cosy night in with wine, crafts and films, so if you like going to the pub, as well as doing wholesome activities then this would be a really great place to move into! We love spending time together but we also do our own thing and enjoy being independent so don't feel like you'd need to be with us 24/7 :)

We try to keep the communal areas tidy but we're not total clean freaks, so if you leave bits around it's not the end of the world!

The house is a 15 minute walk from town, just off Coronation Road and 5 minutes from North Street, with lots of independent shops, bars and restaurants practically at your doorstep. The room comes fully furnished, but we can remove anything if needed and new furniture is welcome. We have a huge living room area, perfect for movie nights, as well as a garden area that gets the sun all day (when its not raining!) and there is parking available.

Rent is £600 per month and bills are roughly £150. Move in date will be 1st November but can be anywhere up until the 14th.
