It leads on to the best bit of North Street with a coffee shop and bookshop at the end of the road and the famous Tobacco Factory just a couple of minutes away. It is also about a 12 min walk to Wapping Wharf.

Note on the pictures - the pics were taken before my current tenant moved in and, ive since put some finishing touches and it's now furnished. I can be flexible with furniture if you have your own things.

This property would suit someone who wants to have a full space which is entirely theirs but doesn’t want the extra expenses and faff of renting an entire property.
