Looking for 2 housemates

We are Matt and Brambles. We live in a 4 bed house in Southville and are looking for two housemates. The house has just been refurbished, so is in great condition, and we’ve only just moved in.

We are literally a 2 minute walk from Wapping Warf, really nice Southville location. Close to North Street and various supermarkets.

There are two rooms available, one upstairs (£725 a month) and one downstairs (£750 a month). Both doubles and both unfurnished (though we have a spare desk if you want.)

Expecting bills to be around 100/120 a month.

Matt
- Works from home two days a week
- Is a vegan
- Has a small pet snake called Barney who is very friendly and lives in a vivarium in the lounge.

Brambles
- Is a chef
- Is quite partial to a 9’ o clock bed time
- Not a vegan, bit of a slack pescatarian

Ideal housemate
- Not full-time remote worker
- Early thirties (27-37)
- Not a party animal
- Someone who likes to socialise
- Veggie/vegan preferred (just not a massive meat-eater)
- Someone clean and tidy
