Description
I'm the landlord for a lovely 2 bed flat in Southville (Raleigh Road) and looking for a new tenant because the current one is buying a house. The property is a converted Victorian Terrace house and is on the upper floor with loft conversion.
Available to move in from 23 November 2024 (room for flexibility)
Location:
Southville is a vibrant part of town with cool bars and restaurants (3 min walk to the Tobacco Factory Bar/Restaurant/Theatre on North Street)
It is also very close to the city centre within a 10 minute walk.
Part furnished:
It comes part furnished but anything you didn't want could be taken away and put into storage. From memory there's two double beds, Ikea chest of draws, Ikea wardrobe, Ikea table and chairs and a few other bit and bobs..
I'm looking for:
The neighbours are all good friends having used to live in the flat some time ago, so respecting them (noise levels after 6pm) means it's more suited non-students and those working 9 - 5.
I can give a slightly reduced rate for single occupancy. I know how expensive living on your own can be! ;) You would need to provide proof that you qualify for this.
Ask questions if I've missed anything out.
When replying please provide a little information about yourself. I will eventually ask for references and do all necessary due diligence that comes with renting.
Thanks
Ollie
