New housemate required due to our lovely current housemate moving out.
Two nice existing housemates Henry and Natalie live in the property with a further part-time housemate James (also nice) who rents an office in the house, which he works in from Monday to Friday. Henry is employed as an Ecologist and Natalie works in hospitality.
The room available is large and can be supplied fully or partially furnished. It is the master bedroom and benefits from large bay window, ample floorspace and adjacent shared bathroom.
The house itself is a little run down in places. However, we do our best to look after it, keeping it a clean and pleasant place to call home. The house features a shared living room, dining room/pantry, small kitchen and a shared bathroom. It also has a good sized front and back garden. Most white goods and modern conveniences are supplied (TV, washing machine, dish washer, oven, microwave, central heating etc).
Parking is permitted on the road (by that I mean you need an expensive permit) which can be obtainable from the local council. Council tax is included in the advertised cost.
We are a friendly bunch who enjoy socialising with each other from time to time but lead separate lives. We are looking for a sociable, friendly and considerate housemate. Happy to have a smoker but smoking is restricted to the garden. We are probably a slightly older than average house share and we are looking for a mature housemate who shares our values.
