Available now in Southville, BS3, great location very near the Tobacco Factory. House share with 3 to 4 others mix of males and females, ages range from 20's to 40's. Rent is £650 per month including all bills. Looking preferably for a professional female who doesn't work from home, but others can apply too. The room is furnished. Nice & relaxed, friendly atmosphere, professional too. Nice patio-garden, ideal for bbq's. Some storage space available. NOT a party house. Neighbourghs very close on both sides, so it is very important to keep night-time and early morning quiet & silent, and common areas clean and tidy.
The house is very light all round, it was refurbished not long ago and it has all new modern appliances and two toilets. There's a big screen in the living area which everyone is welcome to use as a monitor to watch films etc. The ideal flatmate would be someone respectful, tidy/clean and friendly. We value tranquility, safety, clenness and each having our own space as well as being able to share meals, going out, nice chats etc.
Bus to town within less than 1min walk (n. 24) and also less than 1min walk you'd have: lots of shops - Aldi supermarket, fruit & veg shop, dheli/organic shops, butchers, fish-mongers, take aways & cafes, pharmacy, cash point, Tobbacco Factory arts building & Sunday Market, a big lovely park (Greville Smyth Park) gym, walks along river/harbour/Leigh Woods.
