- Located in the heart of Southville, just a short walk from North Street, which has a great range of independent cafes, bars, restaurants, and shops
- Close to popular areas like Bedminster and Clifton
- Close to Temple Meads Train Station
- Easy access to bus routes into the city centre (around 10 minutes to town)
- Green spaces and parks nearby such as Greyville Smyth Park and Ashton Court
- Quiet, residential street with parking available on nearby roads (Needs a permit)
