Mon - Fri let just off North St in modern home

MONDAY–FRIDAY ONLY

I have a room available in my 4 bedroom house. This includes a weekly cleaner, all bedding and towels provided. Monday to Friday only – no weekends. Perfect for someone working in Bristol during the week and returning home at the weekend. Unfortunately, someone who needs to work from home will not be considered.

The house is currently two people living here permanently (myself and my partner) with our pet dog, a miniature sausage dog. We have another Mon - Fri let who you would be sharing the bathroom with. There is also a WC downstairs.

The house in Southville/Bedminster area, just off North Street with a large selection of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. It's a close walk to many key places in Bristol as well as a bus stop nearby. There is free on street parking, and I also have parking on my drive available at an extra cost.

I’m a live in landlord looking for professional, friendly housemate who are tidy and respectful :). This house has been recently refurbished with brand new equipment and furniture, finished to a luxury standard. No pets allowed and no guests please.
