En suite double bedroom in Southville

Looking for someone to share my lovely house in Southville with me and my slightly bonkers fox terrier dog.
I’ve just finished a big building project redesigning the layout of the house so you’d share the use an open plan lounge/ kitchen/ diner as well as a separate lounge and garden. I’m currently decorating so the room available will be freshly painted/ furnished though some of the house will be a work in progress! The room available is a good size double bedroom with a study/ dressing area and an en suite shower room.
The house is in a lovely neighbourly street, 5 minutes walk to Gaol Ferry footbridge/ Wapping Wharf one way and the vibrant shops and cafes of North Street the other.
I’m a friendly 58 year old who has early retired after working in HR in the UK, Europe and the US. I now split my time between Bristol and Cornwall and enjoy walking (as well as dog walking I’m also half way around walking the South West Coast Path) and going to furniture auctions (I love bidding on house stuff!).
