A spacious double room is available in a 2 bedroom house just opposite the Grenville Smyth Park, 3 min walk from the vibrant North Street with its cafes, shops and restaurants. The bus stop is opposite the house!

Available for a short term or long, depending on the agreement between the landlord and the tenant.

The current tenant is a man, who works from early morning, keeps himself to himself and has been in a properly for more than a year.

Maybe the available room will suit more to a man, as there is only one bathroom in the house.

There is a kitchen, with washing machine, and two downstairs rooms, one of which can be let out as a single bedroom. So if there are two friends please apply, and I will try my best to accommodate you.

There is a nice town garden at the back, which is more useful in the summer months, and a downstairs loo, again more important when you are out in the garden.
