Double room in Southville available end of Jan :)

We have a lovely room going in our 5- person houseshare in Southville BS3 and are looking for a fun and friendly person to join us :)

The room is a good sized double with bedframe (no mattress), desk and wardrobe. Rent is £600pcm excluding bills, which normally come to around £100 each (council tax, gas, electricity, water and Sky WiFi). The room is available from 27th January.

The house is very spacious with a lovely garden, conservatory, cosy movie room and study. It also has two bathrooms with showers, one with a bath, and a large kitchen with dishwasher (a godsend!).

The housemates you’ll be living with are 2 guys and 2 girls, we are all good friends who met through house sharing! Bethan and Kitty both work for the Environment Agency, Tim is a web developer and Peter is an environmental scientist. We all work 9-5 hybrids and would like someone with a similar schedule. We all have our own hobbies and social lives but also love to go to the pub together or cook a group dinner when we can. We would really like someone who is clean and tidy and who will become a friend, not just a housemate ☺️
