Flatmate Needed

Hello Everyone



My current flatmate is moving out as she is moving in with her boyfriend, so looking for someone to take her room.



The flat is a top floor apartment, located on Coronation Road. It’s about a 5 minute walk to Asda, 15 minute walk to North Street and about 20 minutes to the city centre - so it’s great location! Including bills, it’s about £850 pm. The deposit will be £650 plus the first month’s rent. 

The flat originally came unfurnished but my flatmate is planning on leaving her bed, bedside table and clothes rail. 



A little about me, I’m 27 and I’m currently working as an engineer just outside of Bristol. I go on-site most days, so if you are working from home you’ll have the flat to yourself the majority of the day. 

In my spare time, I enjoy running, walking and just watching TV. I’m down for cooking, baking and watching TV together but equally understand the importance alone time, so won’t invade your personal space.

I usually spend half of the week at my boyfriend’s so whoever takes the room would have a few nights of the week to themselves.



The room should be officially available end of January/start of February but we can be flexible on the move in date
