Me and two friends have been offered a HMO on Kingston Road. It’s a 3 bed 1 bathroom with garden.
Unfortunately one friend has pulled out and I’m hoping we can find someone to swap in urgently.
We will be paying 6 months upfront equivalent to £4,000 each and then it’s £666.66 a month each. Let me know if this fits you.
