Large ground floor unfurnished double room on a quiet street in sunny Southville. Looking for someone to replace me with 5 months left of a 12 month contract- the new tenant would need to pass referencing checks and pay a holding deposit. The deposit is £675 for the rest of the 5 month agreement.

Five bedroom shared house. Living room and a toilet only room on ground floor and a shower room and full bathroom on first floor. Rest of the housemates are quiet, tidy young professionals. All very friendly and welcoming. Also has a good sized patio area for the summer time, option to extend the lease after the 5 month initial period.

Location is great, about five minutes from North Street and a ten/fifteen minute walk from the harbourside. Parking is permit or you can park for free on a street about a ten minute walk away.

Would ideally like someone to move in on 9/03. Council tax is included and the other monthly bills work out at about £40 each so monthly I pay around £715 pm including bills.
