I have a double room available in my 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat in Bedminster/Southville area of Bristol. It is a new build property in a gated development and has a spacious shared kitchen/living area. I will be looking for someone to move in at the start of June as that is when my current housemate is moving out. It is in a great central location and only a 5 minute walk to Bedminster train station.

You will have your own private bathroom as the master has an en-suite. There is a washing machine & dishwasher and included will be internet & full sky tv.

I am a 33 year old professional and will also be living in the property. I work 5 days a week and rarely from home. I’m very active and regularly go to the gym and enjoy playing most sports. I’m a very chilled person and would be looking for someone who wants to make it their home as much as mine.
