Cosy and spacious en-suite double bedroom available from April for a working professional close to the city-centre.

Looking for someone to take over my tenancy agreement (until 17/10/2025) as I will be moving out of Bristol for work.

The room is on the ground floor of a 7-bedroom house facing the main road.

The current housemates are 4 females and 1 male and they are quite chilled and friendly.

The shared communal area has a communal kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher and a tumble dryer.

All bills not included, but sit around £50/month depending on usage. Council tax excluded as house is a HMO.

Will come furnished with bed, clothes rail and bedside table
