We’re looking for someone to fill a cosy double room in our Southville house!
The house is lovely and has tons of communal space + a gorgeous garden :)
A stones throw from Wapping Wharf and North Street, the house is in a great location with good transport links and ammenities nearby (Aldi a 5 minute walk away). It’s approximately a 20 minute walk to the centre and 30 minutes to Temple Meads so super central.
The current housemates are Lydia, Kaitlin and Rach who met on spare room and are looking for a sociable, relaxed housemate as our lovely friend Liam relocates to Manchester for work! We’d love someone we can hang out with after work and share the occasional house meal with.
Bills come to approximately £110 per month (including gas+electric, WiFi, water, and council tax). Bathroom is shared between 3. The room is part furnished with a double bed frame + wardrobe included plus a mattress, and chest of drawers up for sale!
