We have a large double bedroom in a lovely 3 bed house in Southville, available from the 10th of May, however we can be flexible on this. The bedroom is unfurnished, however does come with lots of built in storage and a desk. The rest of the house is fully furnished, with a shared bathroom and a small garden/courtyard. We have an open plan kitchen/dining room and a separate living room🏡

Rent is £600pm plus bills and council tax, which average out to around £110-150 each. The deposit is £692. If you have a car, there is on-street permit parking available. We are managed by Balloon Lettings Company.

Set in a great location, on a quiet street, the house is:
- 5 minute walk to Whapping Wharf
- 10 minute walk to North Street
- 25 minute walk to City Centre
- 30 minute walk to Temple Meads
- Located very close to Aldi, Asda and Coop

You will be joining Jessie, 26F, a sustainability consultant and Lois, 29F, a pastoral manager. We enjoy pub nights, Sunday hikes and the occasional board game but Catan doesn’t work so well with only two people. We aren’t a huge party house but do enjoy a good drink and setting the world to rights every now and then.

We are looking for someone who is likeminded, environmentally conscious and enjoys communal living. We want to find a housemate who we consider a friend, someone sociable but appreciates time on their own.
