2 Double Bedrooms in Southville

I have 2 double bedrooms in a lovely 3 bed house in Southville, available from the 25th May. The rooms are unfurnished, however do come with built in storage and one with a desk. The rest of the house is fully furnished from myself and my housemates throughout the years, with a shared bathroom and a small garden/courtyard. We have an open plan kitchen/dining room and a separate living room🏡

Rent is £600pm plus bills and council tax, which average out to around £110-150 each. The deposit is £692. If you have a car, there is on-street permit parking available, but being Bristol, it is quite expensive. We are managed by Balloon Lettings Company.

Set in a great location, on a quiet street, the house is:
- 5 minute walk to Whapping Wharf
- 10 minute walk to North Street
- 25 minute walk to City Centre
- 30 minute walk to Temple Meads
- Located very close to Aldi, Asda and Coop

You will be joining Lois, 30F, a pastoral manager. My two current housemates are great but are both moving out to live with their partners so I am looking for some lovely people to join my home. I enjoy pub nights, Sunday hikes and doing fun new activities. It’s not a huge party house but do enjoy a good drink and setting the world to rights every now and then. I love throwing a good dinner party for my mates.

I am looking for people who are likeminded, environmentally conscious and enjoy communal living. I want to find housemates who I could consider friends, someone sociable but appreciates time on their own.
