Fully furnished room to let in family home. All rooms have a washbasin fitted and wall mounted tv/dvd player. Clean bedding and towels are provided weekly. There is a shared bathroom, with bath, shower and toilet on the 1st floor next to the bedrooms.
On the ground floor is a shared dining room/lounge with a 42" cable tv. and a bluray player There is a shared kitchen with fridge/freezer and a washing machine. The garden has a covered area with seating and table There is a small covered area for washing and a storage area for bicycles.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house but smokers can use the garden covered areas.
We are situated just 5 mins from Asda supermarket, 10/15 mins from Harbourside and town centre. Plenty of local shops, cafes, pubs nearby.
