Huge 2 bed garden flat in Southville

I'm Leonie — 34, a journalist with the BBC, and I live in a bright, welcoming flat in Bristol that I’ve loved calling home for the past few years. I’m now looking for the right person to move into the second bedroom.

This is a full-time let, though I’d also be open to a Monday–Friday arrangement if that suits you better.

I’m ideally looking for someone who’s easygoing, considerate, and sociable — someone who enjoys a glass of wine and a chat now and then, but also values having their own space and rhythm.

-A few important things upfront:
Please only get in touch if you're in full-time employment. Unfortunately, due to the tenancy agreement, I can’t accept students, part-time workers, or those currently unemployed.

-This flat isn’t suitable for someone working fully remotely.

-Sorry no pets!

-Bills are not included.

About the flat:

-Bright and spacious with a garden, home office, and large shared bathroom

-Excellent location — just a few minutes' walk from lively North Street, full of great bars, cafés, independent shops, and theatres

-The flat was unfurnished when I moved in, so while your bedroom is yours to make your own, there’s not space for additional furniture in the shared areas (though I’ll do my best to be flexible!)

-Includes underground parking and a secure bike store

-The room currently has a single bed (used as a spare), but it will be let unfurnished — you’re welcome to use the bed temporarily if needed!
