Room available in social Southville house

We have a double room coming available in our friendly shared house in Southville. The room is unfurnished and ready to make your own. There is a spacious living room, kitchen and a decent-sized garden — where we love having BBQs in the summer.

We're a group of friends who enjoy spending time together, so we’re looking for someone who’s also friendly, and up for a glass of wine or a film night.

The rent is very affordable and includes all bills. There’s on-street parking, and we’re well connected to the city (as well connected as you can get in Bristol) with loads of local cafes, shops, and green spaces nearby.

I sometimes dog-sit, so the ideal housemate would be okay with the occasional well-behaved furry visitor.
