Short-Term Double Room to Rent

Hi there! I’m looking to rent out my room from the 1st October for 3 months. There’s the option of moving in earlier if needed, just let me know.

It’s a cosy double bedroom, fully furnished looking out on to the back garden. Some of my personal items will still be there but I’ll leave the wardrobe empty.

The house has a galley kitchen with dining area, a separate living room with Netflix, and an amazing garden full of flowers and plants (looked after by my awesome housemate).

You’ll be living with two lovely housemates in their late 20’s/early 30’s who both work full time. LGBT friendly. It’s a calm, respectful home where we enjoy the odd night out but mostly chill and hangout in the evening. We like to host and have a family dinner on occasion. You’ll also be sharing with Oscar, a crazy orange cat who loves his food and the occasional cuddle.

The house is a stones throw from popular North Street where you have shops and pubs on your doorstep. The harbour is a 10 minute walk and there’s great bus links to the city, north Bristol and Easton. There’s street parking available with a permit or you can park on the other side of North Street for free.

Rent is £620 all in and we ask for a £250 deposit
